Celonox Shipping Policy

At Celonox, we are committed to delivering your orders efficiently and on time. Below you will find all the details regarding our shipping process, delivery times, and associated costs.
1. Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
If there are any significant delays in processing your order due to high volume or unforeseen circumstances, we will contact you via email.
2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
Shipping costs are calculated based on your location and selected shipping method. You can view shipping costs at checkout before finalizing your order.
Domestic Shipping (U.S.):
- Standard Shipping (7-15 business days): 00
International Shipping: We ship internationally to select countries. Shipping times and rates vary based on your location. Please note that international orders may take between 7-21 business days depending on customs clearance and local postal services.
Note: Delivery estimates are provided by our carriers and are not guaranteed. Delays can occur due to factors such as weather, holidays, or customs processing.
3. Shipping Confirmation and Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this number to track your package directly via the carrier’s website.
4. Shipping Restrictions
- We currently do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
- Some items may have restrictions on shipping to certain international locations due to carrier limitations or local regulations.
5. International Shipping & Customs Fees
For international orders, customs duties and taxes may be applied by your country’s customs authorities. These additional fees are not included in the shipping cost and are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend contacting your local customs office for more information on any fees that may apply.
6. Lost or Stolen Packages
Celonox is not responsible for packages lost or stolen during transit. Once your package has been shipped and tracking information has been provided, it is the responsibility of the shipping carrier.
However, if your package is lost or stolen, please contact us at help@celonox.com, and we will do our best to assist you with filing a claim with the carrier.
7. Incorrect Address
Please ensure that all shipping details are correct before submitting your order. Celonox is not responsible for packages delivered to the wrong address due to customer input errors. If you realize there is an error in your shipping address after placing your order, please contact us immediately at help@celonox.com. We will do our best to update the address if the order has not yet been processed.
