Celonox Exchange Policy
At Celonox, we take pride in the quality of our products and want you to have the best shopping experience possible. While we do not accept returns, we are happy to offer exchanges for defective or damaged items.
Exchanges
If you receive a defective or damaged item, you are eligible for an exchange. Please contact us at help@celonox.com within 7 days of receiving your order, including your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the defective or damaged product.
Once we’ve reviewed your request and confirmed the issue, we will provide instructions for returning the item and sending a replacement.
Non-returnable Items
Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final, and we do not accept returns for the following:
- Items purchased as part of a sale or promotion
- Items that have been used or worn
- Gift cards
Damaged or Defective Items
We stand by the quality of our products. If an item arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 7 days of delivery. We will happily exchange the product for the same item, subject to availability.
Shipping
If an exchange is approved, Celonox will cover the shipping costs for sending you the replacement item. If you are required to send the damaged item back to us, we will provide a prepaid shipping label.
Please ensure that the item is sent back in its original packaging, unworn, and with all tags still attached.
